Electrostatic discharge prevention grade PES

PES showing high heat resistance and stable electrical properties.

Polyether sulfone (PES) with high heat resistance and stable electrical resistance Polyether sulfone is widely used as a high-performance plastic with excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength. By adding additives, we have successfully developed PES that also possesses stable surface resistance. 1. **Heat Resistance**: PES can maintain its shape and performance even in high-temperature environments, capable of withstanding temperatures above 200°C. 2. **Electrical Resistance**: Surface resistance is controlled between 10⁶ and 10¹², preventing the generation of static electricity and the adhesion of dust. 3. **Chemical Stability**: It shows high resistance to acids, alkalis, and oils, remaining stable against chemical agents. 4. **Mechanical Strength**: It has high tensile strength and impact strength, demonstrating excellent durability.

Sumitomo Chemical "Liquid Crystal Polymer" and "Polyether Sulfone" *Case study materials available.

Introducing two materials suitable for food contact applications. They offer high heat resistance, high strength, low odor, and a sense of luxury, and can be molded into various shapes. *Case studies are being introduced.

We would like to introduce two materials suitable for food contact applications that we recommend. 【Sumika Super LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer)】 In addition to heat resistance, it has impact resistance even at low temperatures and can be used from the freezer to the oven. It evenly transmits heat, allowing for beautiful browning and a delicious aroma. It can be easily removed from molds. It is also dishwasher safe. It does not contain fluorine or halogens, reducing environmental impact. Examples of use: Frozen food containers (soup cups), oven-safe dishes (gratin dishes), oven-safe baking molds and bread molds. 【Sumika Excel PES (Polyether Sulfone)】 It can be used in steam convection. It has excellent dimensional stability and can be molded into tableware with minimal gaps between the dish and lid, resulting in fluffy cooking. It is resistant to detergents and is also dishwasher safe. It can be adjusted to transparent or opaque colors. It complies with U.S. food packaging material regulations (FDA), is lightweight, and has excellent safety. Examples of use: Tableware for school lunches, home use, in-flight meals, and cooking utensils like steamers. *We are offering a free document that introduces these examples! You can view it from "PDF Download."
